When you join our waitlist, we collect:
When you create a groomer account and use the platform, we additionally collect data necessary to provide the service, including: your business details (name, logo, bio), appointment and scheduling data, client records you enter, service and pricing configuration, billing information (processed by Stripe), and usage logs for security and performance purposes.
We do not currently use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. We do not collect your IP address, device fingerprint, or browsing behaviour on this page.

Waitlist registrations are managed by ConvertKit, LLC (USA). ConvertKit stores your name, email, and form responses to deliver product updates and founding member communications. Data transfer covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. See ConvertKit's Privacy Policy.
Platform data (groomer accounts, appointments, client records) is stored in Supabase, Inc. infrastructure hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Supabase processes data as our data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (USA). Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment data and is responsible for PCI DSS compliance. We do not store credit card numbers. Data transfer covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders, report cards) are delivered via Resend, Inc. (USA). Resend processes email addresses and message content as our data processor. Data transfer covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
SMS appointment reminders (Pro plan only) are sent via Twilio, Inc. (USA). Twilio processes mobile phone numbers as our data processor. Data transfer covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. See Twilio's Privacy Policy.
We do not share your data with any other third parties. We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any advertising networks.

This landing page does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. The only external resource loaded is Google Fonts (for typography). Google Fonts may set a cookie or log your IP address as part of its CDN operation — see Google's Privacy Policy.
The Groomers Base platform (groomersbase.com) uses session cookies strictly necessary for authentication (provided by Supabase). No advertising or tracking cookies are used. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your rights or freedoms, we will notify you and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law (within 72 hours under GDPR).
The Groomers Base is operated from within the European Union. Platform data is stored in the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt). Some processors are located in the United States — Stripe, Resend, Twilio, and ConvertKit. All such transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place and maintain Data Processing Agreements with all processors.
The Groomers Base is a business tool intended solely for use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us at support@groomersbase.com and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you are on our waitlist) and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
We will never materially reduce your rights under this policy without explicit notice and, where required, renewed consent.
